How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our site, select the products you wish to buy and add them to your basket. Once you have made your selection, click on the basket and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. If you have any questions or need help, our customer service team is here to assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change an order that has already been paid for?

What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation, after which delivery times vary from country to country, and are generally between 8 and 12 working days for most European countries. Some destinations may take up to 25 working days, and delivery times may be slightly longer depending on your location and for certain items.
How much does delivery cost?
We do our utmost to ensure that delivery is free of charge within the European Union, but transport methods and costs may differ depending on the country of delivery and the weight of the items selected outside the European Union.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know as soon as you receive it using the contact form. Our team will get back to you by email and ask you to share a photo of the shipping carton (with the carrier label visible) and of the item received. We will find a replacement solution for you as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not possible, you will be offered a refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
